On November 16th, the 43rd China Cleaning Industry Annual Meeting (hereinafter referred to as the "Meeting") forum was held in Nanjing. The meeting was organized by the China Cleaning Industry Association (CCIA) and hosted by the "China Cleaning Industry" magazine. With the theme "Enhancing Resilience and Forging Ahead," the meeting aimed to gather forces, provide a platform for communication, and promote the high-quality development of the cleaning industry towards green, functional, branded, and international directions. The meeting was chaired by Zhu Difei, Chairman of Zhejiang Chuanhua Daily Chemicals Co., Ltd., and more than 500 representatives from companies across the country attended the meeting.

n her keynote report titled "Forty Years of Struggle, Joining Hands to Promote Development, New Era, New Journey: China's Cleaning Industry Towards New Brilliance," Wang Minyan, Chairperson of CCIA, pointed out that in 2023, the industry's operation stabilized and rebounded, and there was gratifying progress in industrial transformation and upgrading. In 2023, CCIA conducted in-depth thematic education, strengthened the party's leadership in association work, undertook tasks commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, researched industry development policies, actively reflected industry demands, participated in national industrial development policy research, communicated with government departments, effectively resolved negative impacts of misinformation on the industry, conducted extensive industry research, timely addressed development issues, promoted standardization work, strengthened standard revisions, promoted concentrated product promotion, guided green development of industry enterprises, adhered to industry popularization and education, actively carried out consumer education, explored professional competence evaluation paths, achieved breakthroughs with zero breakthroughs, implemented the national rural revitalization strategy, organized corporate charity donations, and achieved a series of fruitful results. She stated that in 2024, CCIA will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international organizations, actively introduce and showcase advanced technology and management experiences of domestic and foreign companies, and improve the overall competitiveness of the industry. The plan is to lead companies to participate in international conferences, exhibitions, company visits, and other activities, striving to provide support and assistance for the international development of the industry by collaborating with international companies, researching and developing new products and technologies for member companies, expanding international markets, and achieving the internationalization of the industry.

Representatives attending the meeting visited the high-quality product exhibition area outside the venue for exchanges. They praised the setup of the high-quality product exhibition area, considering it a high recognition of high-quality products in the industry, beneficial for branding and promotion of companies. They expressed the hope that their own company's products could also appear in the exhibition area next year to strengthen the understanding of the company's products by upstream and downstream enterprises. The meeting concluded successfully, and it is hoped that all attending representatives can continuously gain insights at this year's meeting and collectively contribute to the high-quality development of the China Cleaning Industry.
