On June 26, 2023, the China Cleaning Industry Association (CCIA) successfully hosted the 11th China-Malaysia Oleochemical Seminar and the 15th China Oleochemical Industry Annual Meeting in Taixing, Jiangsu Province. Liu Hui, Executive Deputy Mayor of Taixing City, Wang Minyan, Chairperson of CCIA, and Liu Jun, President of the RGE Group in China, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Belvinder Kaur Sron, President of the Malaysian Palm Oil Council, sent a video message. The meeting was chaired by Wang Weibo, Secretary-General of the CCIA Oleochemical Subcommittee, and Huang Huohui, Chief Representative of the Malaysian Palm Oil Council, with nearly 200 guests from the oleochemical industry in attendance.

Chairperson Wang Minyan of CCIA delivered a keynote speech on "Pioneering Innovation, Striving to Promote High-Quality Development of the Oleochemical Industry." Chairperson Wang presented the economic performance of the cleaning product industry from January to April 2023 and clarified the key tasks for the daily chemical and oleochemical industry in 2023. She encouraged the representatives to make good use of this conference for exchanges, actively collaborate with domestic and international colleagues in the palm oil and oleochemical industry, jointly explore global trends and solutions to industry challenges, grasp new trends in industry development, broaden international perspectives, and promote the integration of development concepts. She called on everyone to join hands, work together, strive for excellence, and collectively contribute to the green, sustainable, and high-quality development of the oleochemical industry.
